Toward a committed theology: The case of three theologians of XVI century

Abstract

This article takes a specifichistorical period, the sixteenth century in Europe, to make an analysis of the multiple commitments that can acquire the theological task, since the outbreak of the Protestant Re-formation opened a wide range of options to church and as a com-munity. Men like Luther, Müntzer or Sattler had to respond to the demands that time, geographical position and life imposed on them. It Describes the commitments that each of them took to open a space for reflectionon the direction to be purchased theological proposals in specifichistorical contexts, as can the Latin America in the early twenty-first centur.
