This article is about the experience of an interesting woman named Abigail. Her decisions, actions and protagonism are shared bysacred author in Samuel 25. Our work consists to interpretate all description gave in the text step by step. We call this interpretation “spirituality for peace”. The principal protagonist of this biblical narration, Abigail, does all kind of efforts to avoid war between David and her husband Nabal. She uses her creativity and also goes dissenting culture that obligate women to depend of their husbands to achieve peace and security for her, her family and her servants.
We have studied the text scene by scene, and helping by different authors, we analyzed the way used by Abigail to construct peace from her spirituality and relationship with Yahveh.
