This article aims to show some results of the study done by the group of research ‘Reformanda’ which belong to Universidad Bautista´s Faculty of Theology. The conflictbetween two communities of faith affiliatd to the same denomination ‘Iglesias Union Misionera Evángelica de Colombia’, is the core of this investigation. The firstchurch is located in the rural area of Toribio and the second one within the city of Cauca, Popayan. The purpose was to contribute to these churches in their memory building exercise, where the social and armed conflictand the several social issues were presented in the history of congregations. Faith becomes a very important element in this project, this is why participants are called to narrate how God manifested in many of the situations they lived in the middle of the conflict.
